What Doramora collects

When you browse the site, Doramora may collect basic usage information such as pages viewed, product views, cart activity, traffic source, device/browser information, and approximate location information provided by analytics services. Doramora does not need your name or email just to browse the shop.

If you join the mailing list, Doramora stores the email address you submit and the date/source of your signup. If you place an order, Doramora receives the information needed to fulfill it, such as your name, email, shipping address, order details, and fulfillment status.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Doramora does not store your full card number or card security code on this website. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Analytics

Doramora uses Google Analytics 4 and a small first-party analytics system stored in Supabase. These tools help answer practical questions like how people found the shop, which pieces they looked at, and whether shoppers reached checkout. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Doramora's first-party analytics uses random browser/session identifiers rather than trying to identify anonymous visitors by name.

Mailing list

If you choose to join the mailing list, your email is used for Doramora news, new-piece drops, and related shop updates. Signing up is optional. You can unsubscribe from future marketing emails whenever an unsubscribe option is provided, or contact Doramora and ask to be removed.

Pinterest API and publishing

Doramora uses a private, owner-operated internal tool with the Pinterest API to read Doramora’s own boards and Pins for board mapping and duplicate prevention, and to create standard image Pins only after manual owner approval.

The tool does not access other Pinterest users’ data, does not serve third parties, does not run ads, and does not automatically delete Pins or boards.

Services that help run the shop

Doramora uses service providers including Netlify for website hosting and server functions, Supabase for shop data and storage, Stripe for payments, and Google Analytics for website analytics. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services.

How information is used

Information is used to run the storefront, reserve and sell one-of-one pieces, fulfill orders, prevent fraud or abuse, understand shop performance, improve the site, and send marketing messages only when you have opted in.

How long information is kept

Order and business records may be retained for normal accounting, tax, customer-service, and legal needs. Mailing-list records are kept while you remain subscribed. Analytics data may be retained according to the settings of the analytics services used by Doramora.

Your choices

You can browse without joining the mailing list. You can ask Doramora to remove you from marketing emails or request help with personal information Doramora directly controls. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legitimate business, tax, or legal purposes.
